With companies trying to make a buck of these products, this information may or may not be totally accurate. We have make it our goal to find as much information about L-Arginine products, sift through that information and find out which products are the best
Although L-Arginine was identified and isolated back in 1886 there has been a big hype as of late with regards to the benefits of L-Arginine products. You may have questions such as Does L-Arginine really work? Is it safe to use L-Arginine products? and What are the best products on the market today?
So we’ve created a web site where we compare the most common L-Arginine and give you our impression. There are some things you should know before browsing the site about how we grade the L-Arginine products:
Each product gets graded much like you would in school:
L-Arginine Report Card
A report card based on how well each product does in 3 distinct categories then we combine these grades points to form a Grade Point Average (GPA) . These categories are:
Value:
The grade for Value will be based on a bell curve considering the price per ounce in conjunction with price per serving where 4.0 (A) is given to the lowest price per ounce and price per serving brand of L-Arginine and a 1.0 (D) is given to the highest price per ounce and price per serving brand of L-Aginine. The Value grade of each brand of L-Arinine product is based off of the jar or container that offers the best price per ounce in conjunction with their price per serving. Sales or promotional pricing will not be included in the Value GPA. *Please note that we do consider the price per serving as the most accurate measurement of value.
Taste/Flavor:
Taste/Flavor is tough to grade because it is so subjective. Just like any review, some portion will be the reviewers opinion. For Taste our grade based on our opinion of how it taste compared to the other L-Arginine brands we are reviewing. Feel free to trust our opinion or read any comments left about the other L-Arginine products we have reviewed. Remember that this is our opinion and we encourage viewers to leave comments that give your opinion.
Nutrition:
To establish a grade for nutrition, we are looking for the presence of the vitamins, minerals and other substances typically found in L-Arginine products that are meant to enhance the overall health of the user. Some of these would include: L-arginine, L-citrulline, Red Wine Extract, D-Ribose, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin K, Folate (Folic Acid), Grape Skin Extract or Resveratrol, Magnesium and Trace Minerals.
Extra Credit Points or Additional Grade Point Deductions:
We believe that it is the little things that make a company or product great. This section is reserved for some of the “little things” that were not covered in the three core graded sections. An example would be Free Shipping vs A Shipping Cost.
Once we completed a GPA for each of the three sections above we added or subtracted any extra credit or additional grade point deductions, we average all the GPA scores to get a cumulative GPA and then assign it a grade.
